Maria De La Paz Fregoso Berumen

Maria was born in San Martin de Bolaños, Jalisco, Mexico. She came to the United States to Humboldt county in 1957 where she formed a lovely family.  She was a loving mother of 6, Oscar, Jorge, Lilia, Jim, Bertha and Maria; loving grandmother of 18, and great grandmother of 23. She was a hard worker and raised her children at the same time, always teaching her children the importance of working hard and helping each other and staying united. She had many jobs, but her love of cooking always persevered, and she worked as a cook for over 30 years. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones. She has reunited with her father and mother, brothers and two grandchildren who welcomed her with open arms in Heaven.

Family was the essence of her life, to love each other, help each other, and always be there for each other.
